For ACT Board Chair, Gene Steuerle and his family, the creation of ACT for Alexandria (formerly the Alexandria Community Trust) was a charitable response to 9/11, a living memorial for their loss, and a way to give back to the community. As we remember September 11, 2001, we celebrate the life of Norma Steuerle and her legacy to Alexandria. To read more about this story, please click here.
