Center for Alexandria's Children

Center for Alexandria's Children logoIn 2008, there were 1,096 reports of child abuse and/or neglect in Alexandria.  These statistics do not take into account the number of cases that are never reported. The Center for Alexandria’s Children protects children and strengthens families by coordinating the investigation, prosecution, treatment and prevention of child abuse in one safe, child-friendly facility. The CAC is a public-private partnership dedicated to one purpose: the elimination of child abuse in the City of Alexandria.

ACT for Alexandria moved to new office space on Friday, February 19th.  Our phone numbers and email addresses are still the same.

Our new address is 1421 Prince Street, Suite 400, Alexandria, VA 22314.  We are excited to be moving into the same office suite as McLaughlin Ryder, LLC.

ACT has been very fortunate to receive donated space at 311 Cameron Street for the past two years from Lori and Nigel Morris and the Ffestiniog Company, LLC.  Prior to that we received donated space from Lauren and Dennis Garcia at Potomac Management Group at 510 King Street.

We look forward to seeing you in our new space!
