Alexandria Board Leadership Exchange
ABLE seeks to provide fundamental knowledge about effective board leadership and access to training; support a vibrant network of members for sharing and learning; and foster a dynamic environment for recruitment of volunteers for board service. Fee StructureThe Fund will be assessed an administrative fee of .275% of the Fund balance -assessed at end of each quarter (a total of 1.1 % per year) for expenses attributable to its operation and maintenance. The minimum annual administrative fee is $500. For Funds larger than $3 million the annual fee is 1.1% on the first $3 million, .6% on the next $2 million, and .35% above $5 million. If the Donor requests extraordinary services or activities additional charges may be assessed, as agreed by ACT and the Donor. |
