Information concerning donors and prospective donors will be held in strict confidence by ACT for Alexandria, and will be released only when permitted by the donor or if compelled by a regulatory agency or court. Unless anonymity is requested donors are routinely recognized by category of size of gift and grantees are identified but not by fund source. Unless the donor directs that a gift remain anonymous, grant recipients are given the name of the fund which made the grant.

Like all organizations with a website, ACT receives standard tracking data when you visit our site. Information from your browser, including your IP address, pages visited, the length of time you spend on our site, and files you download is recorded in our Web site server logs. We use and analyze this data to develop site content and continue to provide you with a positive experience when you visit our Web site. However, no personal information is collected during the tracking process. We do not sell, rent, loan or otherwise share any personally identifying information or information of any kind that a user provides.
