Time: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
Join us on October 7 at ALX Community from 9-10:30am for this fall’s Coffee & Conversations as we hear from past ACT capacity building grantees who have invested in strengthening their organizations through team building, leadership and workplace culture development, burnout prevention and retention strategies, and efforts to build the skills, systems, and capacity needed for long-term success. Together, we’ll explore what organizational resilience and well-being look like in practice, share lessons learned, and discuss how we can create healthier, more sustainable workplaces that allow both organizations and people to thrive.
This conversation will help kick-off ACT’s upcoming Capacity Building Grant Program, application will be available on October 5.
Please Note: Coffee and light breakfast provided. Also, parking is available at the 220 N Union St Parking Garage near Founders Park. Additional parking can be found at the Colonial Parking Garage (102 N Union St, Alexandria, VA 22314). An ACT team member will be at the entrance at the beginning of the meeting to greet you. However, if you find yourself running a little late, we will have signage to help guide you, and the ALX Community staff at the 1st floor main entrance reception desk are happy to assist you.
