ACT Racial Equity Cohort Program

As ACT continues its racial equity learning journey, we are interested in exploring our own behaviors, organizational culture, policies and practices to see how we may be perpetuating racism, bias and discrimination. In our conversations with nonprofits, we’ve heard a similar interest, a desire for next steps and a space to learn together. We are excited to announce that we are partnering with Wayfinding Partners, a justice-driven consulting firm, to design a cohort program for organizations that want to continue their racial equity journey.
